Simple question: What would happen if the laser cap reduction bonus would be switched to a NOS/Neuts bonus on some Amarr ships? Either more drain or range bonus. Wouldnt it give the Amarr a little bit more fexiblity in combat? I have read so man...

Yeah... just boost Caldari another 2%, because they are soooooo underpowered. Only those folks who have everything complain about such small things such as "OMG this or that skill wont make me even more imba"
